Install your drives into the case using drive rails or screwing directly to the cage depending on your case model. The drives will slide in their respective spots towards the front of the case.  Attach the ide cables (the wide grey ribbon cables) one end to the hard drive and the other end to the motherboard...long end towards the Motherboard, the middle connector will also connect to one of the drives (hard drive, cdrom, dvd). The manual that comes with your hard drive will show you how to set up the jumpers.  Check the jumpers on you drives, the drive on the end of the cable is the master and the one in the middle is the slave. Master and slave are identifiers that act as an address for the Motherboard.
